Titan Group Capital LLC (“Titan Group,” “we,” “us”) provides transaction coordination, transactional lending, investment financing support and related real estate services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms that apply when you receive text messages from us.

Information We Collect

We collect only what you give us and what we need to do the work:

• Information you submit — name, email address, phone number, company, website, and the details of a transaction, referral or partner application you send through a form on this site.
• Information about a person you refer — when a partner introduces a client, we collect that client's contact details and transaction details from the partner, and we record who made the introduction.
• Correspondence — the content of emails, text messages and calls between you and Titan Group.
• Basic technical data — the page a submission came from and the country of the request, used to route the enquiry and to prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run advertising on this site.

How We Use It

• To respond to your enquiry, quote a service, and coordinate a transaction toward closing.
• To contact you by phone, email or text about a transaction, referral or application you submitted.
• To maintain attribution — recording which partner introduced a client, so credit for that relationship is preserved.
• To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.

Who We Share It With

Real estate transactions require other parties. We share only what a party needs to do its part:

• Transaction parties — title and escrow companies, lenders, insurance providers, notaries, agents and attorneys involved in your specific transaction.
• Service providers — the systems we use to run the business, including our CRM, email, e-signature and hosting providers. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.
• When required by law — in response to a lawful request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Messages we send are limited to the transaction, referral, application or service enquiry you contacted us about, and to the operational updates that go with it — scheduling, documents, closing coordination and status.

Email

Every non-transactional email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we will still email you about a transaction that is actively in progress.

How Long We Keep It

We keep transaction records for as long as needed to complete the work and to satisfy legal, tax and recordkeeping requirements. Enquiries that do not become transactions are kept for as long as the relationship is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your Choices

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it, or to delete it.
• Opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or marketing email (unsubscribe link).

Security

Submissions from this site are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
